Who We Are

The Franklin County Emergency Operations Center designated the Apalachicola Riverkeeper as the lead agency for Emergency Support Function - 15 (volunteers and donations) for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill preparations, response, and recovery in Franklin County, Florida.
